Seeing it is the most boring, pointless thing you can do in Philadelphia. If you’re ever in Philly (or reasonably nearby), you must do the following things:

If you’re only in the mood for a nibble rather than a feast of art, visit the Rodin Museum. It’s gorgeous, quiet, and much smaller and less crowded than the Philadelphia Museum of Art. It’s also free! (And you won’t be tempted to do the Rocky thing either.)

Have a pot of mussels with a nice Belgian beer at Monk’s. My favorite is the Red Light.

Get gelato at Capogiro for dessert. It is sublime. The equal of anything I had in Italy.

Grab a cup of coffee at La Colombe, then sit and people-watch in Rittenhouse Square Park. Be thankful you didn’t spend your afternoon looking at a broken bell.
