I really need to record this recipe somewhere because it is the best pumpkin pie I’ve ever made which is funny since I mixed up some ingredients:
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 15 oz. can pumpkin
12 fl. oz. sweetened condensed milk (almost a whole can)
1 unbaked 9-in. deep-dish pie shell
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then turn it down to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes more.
