I really need to record this recipe somewhere because it is the best pumpkin pie I’ve ever made which is funny since I mixed up some ingredients:
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 2 eggs
- 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
- 12 fl. oz. sweetened condensed milk (almost a whole can)
- 1 unbaked 9-in. deep-dish pie shell
Bake at 425 for 15 minutes then turn it down to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes more.
